Carriage Charges, Terms and Conditions

Carriage Charges

The following charges are for equestrian products purchased from the web site, for all other orders price will be quoted at time of ordering.

Orders up to £25.00 - £4.50 excluding individual saddle cloths and individual jackets - £5.00, individual rugs - £7.00.

Orders over £25.00 up to 10kg - £7.00

For orders over 10kg £10.00

For orders over 15kg £12.50

For orders over 20kg £15.00

For Special Delivery up to 1kg £6.70, up to 2kg £8.65 (this service is usually recommended during busy periods such as December).

If we are requested to redirect a parcel to a new address whilst in transit a charge will be made for this.

Currency

All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP).

To Order

This can be by post, email or telephone (do not send credit card details by email). Orders will be confirmed by email.

Payment

Payment can be made by cheque, Switch, Solo, Visa or Mastercard. Card details or a cheque are required at time of ordering, cards will be processed when the items are ready to leave here, cheques will be processed 3-5 days prior. Please make cheques payable to Bee Embroidery.

Prices

Prices may increase before the web site can be updated, if this has occurred you will be notified at time of ordering.

Payment

All equestrian products on this site are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20% unless the product is zero rated. Pricing for all other none equestrian products will exclude vat which will be charged at 20% at time of invoicing.

Returns and Refunds

Items which have not been personalised by embroidery can be returned within 14 days of receipt (at customers expense) if they are not suitable. They must be returned in their original packaging (if necessary) and in their original condition. Once the returned goods have been examined they can either be exchanged for a different product, a credit note supplied or a full refund (excluding postage) can be made back to the original method of payment.

Products which have been personalised with embroidery or print cannot be refunded or returned except where there is a quality issue.

Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry.

Proof of Posting

When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage or record the delivery from the Post Office or courier. If for any reason returned goods are lost in transit, we regret that they still remain your responsibility.

Titles to Goods

Usual payment terms required by Bee Embroidery are that the goods must be paid for prior to postage. If for any reason the goods are shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belong to Bee Embroidery until we receive payment in full for the goods.
