Allow 48 hours for delivery for non embroidered items. Embroidered items will be despatched by the end of the following week from date of ordering, if this is not possible, or if products are not in stock we will notify you at time of ordering.

Un-embroidered items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding postage and packaging charges. The products must be returned unsoiled and with their original packaging and labels.

Embroidered products are non returnable, unless there is a manufacturers fault. If you are unsure of a size, please check this first before the product is embroidered. For embroidered logos - a colour embroidered swatch will be supplied for approval.

All equestrian prices include VAT.
